My program doesn't have bugs. It just develops random features.

UT2003 :: Actor >> Keypoint >> DecorationList (Package: Engine)

Defines a list of Decorations which can be placed in a level and attached to volumes. To attach a list to a Volume, set its DecoList property to the desired DecorationList.

What does this mean? What will the volume do?
