Legacy:Paradigm

Okay so I am totally lost, well maybe 90% but still I want to know everything Unreal I just do not know where to start .

I was questing to find how to use the .u files and .int files for myself (that probably makes no sense to anybody) I start a match and say tilde (console whap whap sorry)summon reptile.reptile it plops a badly textured green reptile named Player in front of me but it does not move... What fun is that? I am most likely posting this in haste and will find my answer soon , now I just gotta remember the question, I apologize if this is useless just comes naturally ;) So now begins my search useduseless@hotmail.com my primary chatter is bezznutz@aol.com so please tell me how stoopid I am and make my brain stop spinning so hard PLEASE ahem....
