xScorch seems to contain, as the name implies, a variety of Scorch effects, like various weapon burn marks, bullet holes, blood splatters, etc. Despite these classes apparently being placeable, they are not - don't use them or you'll get a load of Accessed Nones (Usually complaining about "PC", in this case, PlayerController) and no Projected textures. Just use Normal Projectors for Static Images, or DynamicProjectors if you need something moving.
