A big fan. Remember that if placed upright its collision cylinder won't match the visible shape.
You can change the rotation speed at Actor -> Movement -> RotationRate (defaults are Pitch=0, Roll=20000, Yaw=0). A negative value reverses the rotation direction. If played online, there seems to be a problem with the replication of RotationRate (see discussion).
