This is a Mutator used for InstaGib games, where each player is equipped with a SuperShockRifle (and nothing else), which causes instant death and gibbing on target players.

SuperApe: Thanks, Nick89. Note that there's no need to link to self or to the parent classes (they're in the heirarchy box). There should be a brief description of the class at the top. There's no need to double-up on the hierarchy box if the UT2003 and UT2004 paths are the same. (most UT2004 classes are, just put it there if they're different). Don't forget Category Tags. :)
