Slight modification of 4 team gametypes:
The default type is free for all, which is confusing to play, it's almost like DM.
Another type is adding rules that force one team to attack all others, like multi CTF variants that force one team to capt all other flags to score.
A third type would be making alliance of two teams, making game close to regular 2 team games.
And now a fourth type: Make maps have two mirrored instances, in one instance two teams play, in the other instance two other teams play, completely apart, one instance cannot interfere with the other one. The problem with this is that a map would need twice more memory, twice more space and propably more server load.
