Used by the UTIntro game type which is used for cinematic cut scenes in Unreal Tournament.

  • Paints the entire screen black for 1.5 game seconds after resume service start. (That effect isn't visible on Direct3D, just with OpenGL.)
  • After 82 seconds, fades the text "Press ESC to begin" in at the bottom of the screen.

Mychaeel: Does anybody have a clue why that 1.5-second blackout is done? It had us baffled for a while when Snowdog made the Jailbreak credits flyby.
