Mod ideas for UT 2003 – Creeper Runes

Think RealCTF's RealCreeper. or, Quake I's CreeperCTF. 20 odd different runes (relics for the UT in you) that grant the players various powers from vampire effects to becoming tottaly invisible while holding your melee weapon, to regenerating ammo of allies, not being reduced below 1 health when a teammate is present, and more.
